Community Guidelines

At Her Travel Circle, we are committed to cultivating a safe, respectful, and inspiring space for all members. To maintain the integrity and wellbeing of our community, we ask that all members agree to the following guidelines:

  1. Respect and Kindness
    Treat all members with respect, regardless of background, beliefs, lifestyle, or identity. Disrespectful behaviour, harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
  2. Privacy and Confidentiality
    Do not share private or personal information about other members outside the community. What is shared within Her Travel Circle stays within Her Travel Circle.
  3. Constructive Communication
    Engage in honest, thoughtful discussion. Disagreements are natural but must be expressed respectfully. Personal attacks, inflammatory language, or trolling will result in removal.
  4. Zero Tolerance for Hate Speech
    Any form of hate speech, including but not limited to racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or ableist comments, is grounds for immediate removal.
  5. No Self-Promotion or Spam
    Unless explicitly allowed, do not use the platform to advertise, promote, or sell your products, services, or content. Unsolicited links or spam will be deleted.
  6. Use the Platform Responsibly
    Engage with the platform as intended to connect, support, and inspire fellow travellers and hosts. Any misuse of the system or attempts to manipulate reviews, bookings, or communications may lead to termination.
  7. Follow Local Laws and Platform Terms
    Members must comply with all applicable laws and the terms of use for Her Travel Circle. This includes respecting agreements made with hosts or guests and upholding your end of any arrangements made.

Enforcement Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in a warning or immediate cancellation of your membership.

We reserve the right to terminate any membership at any time, without refund, if these guidelines are violated.

By joining Her Travel Circle, you agree to uphold these standards and contribute positively to our community.
