By welcoming fellow members into your home, you're helping create opportunities for women to explore the world through genuine connection, trust, and shared experiences rather than traditional accommodation bookings.

You are always in complete control. You decide who you host, when you host, and how often. There is never any obligation to accept a stay request, and many hosts choose to host only occasionally when it suits their lifestyle and circumstances.

Whether you're offering a spare room, a sofa bed, or even your whole house, every host helps strengthen the community. The more women who choose to host, the more destinations become available, the more friendships are formed, and the more opportunities there are for members to experience travel in a way that feels personal, supportive, and rewarding.

Not everyone is in a position to host, and that's perfectly okay. Local Connections are members who want to be part of the community and support fellow travellers, even if they can't offer accommodation.
