Membership Pricing

We currently have 143 hosts across 6 continents (28th March 2026).

The only cost is an annual membership. This supports the running of the platform, community moderation, ongoing development, and the systems needed to keep Her Travel Circle safe, respectful, and reliable for everyone using it.

Membership is charged once per year and renews automatically on an annual basis unless cancelled. We will notify you one week prior to renewal by email.

As the community grows, the annual membership price increases in clear, pre-published stages. Any price increase only applies to you at the time of your next annual renewal, never during an active membership year.

When a host milestone is reached, the updated price applies to all members at their next annual renewal. Pricing is permanently capped and will not increase beyond the published maximum.

** £25 (100 hosts+ – current price) Approximately 74% discount** CURRENT PRICE

** £50 (when we reach 200 hosts+) Approximately 48% discount**

** £75 (when we reach 300 hosts+) Approximately 23% discount**

** £97 (400+ hosts – full price, capped)**

(For example, if you join at £25 and the membership price later increases to £50, you will pay only £25 for your first year. At your next annual renewal, the updated price of £50 would apply.)

Membership can be cancelled at any time, with no obligations beyond the current billing period.

And we will notify you by email ONE FULL WEEK prior that your subscription is about to renew giving you ample opportunity to cancel if you wish to.

There are no booking fees, no commissions, and no costs associated with stays.
