What It Costs (and What It Doesn’t)
There’s no cost for stays on Her Travel Circle. Hosts don’t charge and guests don’t pay. The only cost is an annual membership. This membership supports the running of the platform, community moderation, ongoing development, verification systems, safety features, and the tools needed to keep Her Travel Circle trusted, respectful, and reliable for everyone using it.
Membership Pricing
We currently have 271 hosts in over 44 countries across 6 continents (19th July 2026).
Her Travel Circle is still in its early growth stage. As the global network of hosts and local connections expands, so does the value of the platform, with more places to stay, more women to connect with, and more opportunities to travel through trusted community connections around the world.
Because of this, early members receive the largest founding member discounts while the community is still being built.
The earlier you join, the lower your annual membership price will be.
Founding Member Pricing Structure
** £50 (when we reach 200 hosts+) Approximately 48% discount** CURRENT PRICE
** £75 (when we reach 300 hosts+) Approximately 23% discount**
** £97 (400+ hosts – full price, capped)**
Any membership price change only applies at your next annual renewal, never during an active membership year.
For example, if you join at £50/year and the platform later reaches the next pricing stage, you will keep your £50 membership for the remainder of your current year. The updated rate would only apply when your annual membership renews.
Membership renews automatically once per year unless cancelled. We will always notify you by email one full week before renewal, giving you plenty of time to cancel if you wish.
Membership can be cancelled at any time, with no obligations beyond the current billing period.
There are no booking fees, commissions, hidden charges, or costs associated with arranging stays through the platform.
